Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience. From the freshly squeezed fruit juices to the assortment of pastries and cheeses, it was like a treasure trove of morning delights. It felt as if the culinary team had sprinkled a touch of magic into every dish.

Room Beds: The room had two separate single beds masquerading as a large double bed, which was a bit surprising.

Great location, modern and comfortable rooms, perfect service, delicious breakfast, easy access to train station.

Everything was simply good. Accommodating staff, incredible breakfast, had a very nice stay overall on holidays. The hotel had a very central location and it was within walking distance of Rooftop Terrace. There was a nice restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.

Liked staff and rooms, this hotel had essentials we need.

Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.

I chose this hotel for a business mixer and utilized their 10 meeting rooms, which can hold up to 320 people. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the facilities were well-suited for a professional event.

The only service I missed for my work was the absence of a printer in the meeting room for last-minute documents.

I recently stayed at NH Collection in the center of the city for 6 nights. The staff were great, checking me in early and being very friendly throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and modern, with a nice city view. The location was incredibly convenient, right across from the train station and close to many shops and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary water and fruit in the lobby.

Really really nice experience there. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with very nice bathroom, extra bed plus a bathtube.

The central location next to Friedrichstrasse station is excellent in the middle of the vibrant center of Berlin. Easily reachable by public transport. Many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Clean and functional rooms.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and not far from the main rail station by walk or a few minutes by metro. Despite the proximity to the train station, the sound proofing is excellent and ensures a peaceful sleep. The breakfast is outstanding with custom-made eggs and a hot table. Rooms are nicely appointed with cozy beds and comfortable bathroom.

We were really surprised by the spacious and well-decorated room with a comfortable bed. The hotel location was very convenient, with many shops and restaurants around. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of food choices.

We loved the prime location of this hotel, nestled right beside the main train station and walking distance to everything in the center of the city. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice touch of providing baby toiletries and a rubber ducky for bath time. We stayed at this hotel and it was positioned literally across the road from the station which was great for all the major sights. The staff from the different staff members who helped with every request were very nice and helpful and always offered help and services. This place also had great amenities including a wellness centre, sauna, spa lounge, and turkish bath.

The rooms at NH Collection Berlin Friedrichstrasse are seriously top-notch. I stayed in the largest room and I felt like a VIP! The flat-screen TV, marble bathroom, and hypoallergenic bedding made me feel so pampered. Perfect for feeling like a rockstar!

A prime location on the world-famous Friedrichstrasse made our family stay at this hotel the perfect starting point for any sightseeing tour. We easily explored the area for water adventures with boat tours and enjoyed cultural excursions to iconic Berlin landmarks. The proximity to a variety of bars and restaurants also added to the lively experience.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could enhance the family experience by offering more inclusive children's activities.
